The Columbia Gorge Racing Association is pleased to welcome sailors to Columbia River Gorge for this year's Columbia Gorge One-Design Regatta. For official  information about the regatta, please see the Notice of Race.

Classes

This regatta will serve as the 2012 North American Championship for the Fireball class, the 2012 US National Championship for the Tasar calss and the 2012 Pacific Coast Championship for the Melges 24 class. Other classes invited include the Laser, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7 and Moore 24.

The Columbia River Gorge at Cascade Locks, Oregon

Regatta Format

The Race Committee will attempt to complete as many races as conditions allow. When 5 or more races are completed, sailors may discard their worst score. When 10 or more races are completed, sailors may discard their worst two scores. A minimum of 3 races must be completed to constitute a regatta.

Entry fee includes post-race refreshments each day, dinner Saturday night, prizes and a regatta souvenir.

Visitor Information

Cascade Locks is located in the heart of the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, 45 minutes east of Portland International Airport on Interstate 84. Cascade Locks and surrounding communities have a wide range of accommodations from camping to four-star resort hotels (see visitor information).
